We hope you are delighted with your Anya Hindmarch purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, including dust bags, with all security tags and labels intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and specify the reason for return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Anya Hindmarch box and secure the package, ensuring you include the original delivery note inside.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the pre-paid shipping label generated by our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point or schedule a complimentary collection through the link provided in your return confirmation email.
